登記條款及須知 Terms and Conditions

1. 資訊用途 Information Purpose:
本平台僅供住戶查閱最新通告之用,所有資訊僅供參考,一切內容以大廈大堂告示板及電梯內之紙本通告為準。
This platform is for residents to access the latest notices for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, physical notices posted on the lobby notice boards and in elevators shall prevail.

2. 個人隱私 Privacy Policy:
本網站不會索取或儲存閣下的個人隱私資料(如姓名、電郵或電話號碼)。
This website does not request or store your personal identity information (such as name, email, or phone number).

3. 帳戶管理 Account Management:
首次使用請憑「註冊碼」登記。每戶僅限註冊一個帳號(含一組登入名稱及密碼),供家中成員共同使用。
First-time users must register using the “Registration Code.” Each unit is limited to one account (one set of username and password) for shared use among household members.

4. 遺失與重領 Loss & Re-issuance:
如需重新領取註冊碼,或忘記登入資料(帳號/密碼),請聯絡管理處。經核實後,我們將相關資料投遞至閣下單位的信箱中。
Please contact the Management Office if you need a new registration code or have forgotten your login credentials. Upon verification, the information will be delivered to your unit\’s mailbox.
